Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons) degree from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport & Logistics (UK), the Institute of Directors (UK) and the Zimbabwe Institute of Management. He began his career in 1982 as a Graduate Trainee with British Rail (United Kingdom), before joining Afretair as the Marketing Executive in 1983, a position he held until 1986 when he was promoted to become the Commercial Director and then Chief Executive in 1991. In 1999, he joined the Civil Aviation Authority as its Chief Executive. He moved to Reacon Services in 2001 to become the Managing Director. In July 2003, he joined the BETA Group as the Group Chief Operating Officer becoming Group CEO in November 2004. He also sits on the Boards of BETA International Holdings, James North Zimbabwe, Premier African Minerals (UK). He is also the non- executive Chairman of Zimnat Asset Management, and TCT Limatada (Mozambique).
Kudzanai holds a Bachelor of Technology Honours in Production Engineering from Chinhoyi University of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Africa University. She has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She started her career with Zimtile Pvt Ltd as a Graduate trainee and upon completion worked in the Quality Assurance department. In 2012 she joined Beta Holdings and worked as the SHEQ Manager where she spearheaded certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. She holds a Diploma in Clay studies with the University of Derby. In June 2021 she moved to Beta International as Research and Innovation Manager. She is currently studying for a Master’s of Science in Innovation, Leadership and Management with the University of York
Rushil is the co-Chief Investment Officer at Inside – a private equity fund focused on supporting SME’s in the South East African region. As co-CIO, Rushil’s main areas of focus include deal flow management and value creation initiatives with the team on Inside’s portfolio. Prior to leading the merger of United Beta Zambia (formally Kalulushi Clay Bricks) with Beta Holdings, Rushil was appointed acting CEO to help stabilize the business and position the organization for its future growth. Rushil also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for 12 years as a transactions and restructuring expert. He worked on various assignments across many sectors in Zambia and the region. Rushil holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland, and is a Member of CIMA UK.
